Annual Report 2025: Another solid year for Genan emphasizes that the circular business model is robust

In a market impacted by fluctuating exchange rates and raw material prices, the Genan group has strengthened profit and produced a record-high 2025 operating result. Results confirm that the circular business model is not only sustainable – but also financially robust long-term. International environmental company Genan reached a 2025 group revenue of EUR 64m compared to EUR 63.7 the year before. Operating profit (EBIT) increased from EUR 7.9m to EUR 8.8m, and both revenue and operating profit are thus the highest ever. Net profit did, however, drop from EUR 6.4m in 2024 to EUR 5.9m in 2025 – primarily due to negative exchange rate adjustments. "Overall, we are quite satisfied with the 2025 accounts. For a number of years, we have worked determinedly to stabilise and further develop our business; and in my eyes, 2025 is yet another proof that our circular business model is robust and financially viable. Relatório Anual 2025: Mais um ano sólido para a Genan comprova a robustez do modelo de negócio circular

Num mercado afetado por flutuações nas taxas de câmbio e nos preços das matérias-primas, o grupo Genan reforçou a sua rentabilidade e alcançou um resultado operacional recorde em 2025. Os resultados confirmam que o modelo de negócio circular não é apenas sustentável — é também financeiramente robusto a longo prazo. A empresa ambiental internacional Genan atingiu, em 2025, um volume de negócios de 64 milhões de euros, face a 63,7 milhões no ano anterior. O resultado operacional (EBIT) aumentou de 7,9 milhões de euros para 8,8 milhões, sendo assim tanto o volume de negócios como o resultado operacional os mais elevados de sempre. No entanto, o lucro líquido diminuiu de 6,4 milhões de euros em 2024 para 5,9 milhões em 2025, principalmente devido a ajustes cambiais negativos. "De um modo geral, estamos bastante satisfeitos com os resultados de 2025. Ao longo de vários anos, trabalhámos de forma consistente para estabilizar e desenvolver o nosso negócio; e, na minha perspetiva, 2025 é mais uma prova de que o nosso modelo de negócio circular é robusto e financeiramente viável. Årsregnskab 2025:
Endnu et solidt år for Genan understreger robustheden i cirkulær forretningsmodel

Genan-koncernen leverede i 2025 et rekordhøjt driftsresultat og styrkede indtjeningen i et marked præget af udsving i råvarepriser og valuta. Resultaterne understreger, at den cirkulære forretningsmodel ikke blot er bæredygtig – men også økonomisk robust på lang sigt. Den internationale miljøkoncern Genan realiserede i 2025 en omsætning på 478,0 mio. kr. mod 475,5 mio. kr. året før. Driftsindtjeningen (EBIT) steg fra 59,0 mio. kr. til 65,6 mio. kr., og både omsætning og driftsindtjening er således den højeste nogensinde. Nettoresultatet faldt dog fra 47,6 mio. kr. i 2024 til 43,7 mio. kr. i 2025, hvilket primært kan tilskrives negative valutakursreguleringer. "Vi er overordnet godt tilfredse med regnskabet for 2025. Vi har over en årrække arbejdet målrettet på at stabilisere og udvikle vores forretning, og 2025 er for mig endnu et bevis på, at vores cirkulære forretningsmodel er robust og økonomisk holdbar. Vi forbedrer kontinuerligt vores drift og indtjening – også i et marked, hvor vi i betydelig grad er påvirket af forhold, vi ikke selv er herre over", forklarer Group CEO i Genan Holding, Poul Steen Rasmussen.
